8 March 2025, Beladin - Fifty-eight households received keys to the Fishermen Resettlement Housing in Beladin, Pusa. Under the Resettlement Scheme, these households were granted affordable housing, along with RM10,000 in assistance through the Housing Deposit and Repayment Assistance Scheme (HDRAS), as well as a soft loan from Mutiara Mortgage and Credit Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Housing Development Corporation Sarawak. The keys were presented by ADUN for N29, YB Tuan Haji Razaili Gapor, in the presence of YBrs. En. Hamdan Bin Mamat Director-General of Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia, YBhg. Dato Sri Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Hj Zaidel, Deputy State Secretary of Sarawak (Economic Planning and Development), and YBrs. Tuan Richard anak Michael Abunawas, the Resident of Betong Division.
