BALINGIAN, 3 October 2026 – The Key Handover Ceremony for the Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP) under the Kampung Expansion Scheme (SPK) Balingian was officiated by the Premier of Sarawak, YAB Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg.

The project, implemented by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), comprises 22 Rumah Spektra Permata units at SPK Balingian, Mukah. It forms part of the Sarawak Government’s affordable housing programme aimed at providing local communities with greater access to comfortable and affordable homeownership.
