About the Ministry

The Ministry of Public Health, Housing and Local Government Sarawak supervises various agencies in Sarawak namely the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) Sarawak, Sewerage Services Department (SSD) Sarawak, Housing Development Corporation (HDC), Borneo Development Corporation (BDC) and the twenty-five (25) local authorities. The Ministry also oversees the Federal departments in Sarawak namely Sarawak State Health Department and Fire and Rescue Department Malaysia Sarawak.
